Fuji Film (FujifilmHoldingsCorp.) plans to raise output of LCD panel protective film 30%, including in October 2011 prior to the expansion in Japan Kumamoto factory.
The Nikkei said the project will cost 40 billion yen (4.53 billion). Providing global 80% LCD panel protective film of Fuji film, fiscal year 2009 sales of such film to about 210 billion yen.
