  PE, all called Polyethylene, the most simple structure of the polymer compounds, the most widely used in today's world of polymer material, formed by the polymerization of ethylene according to density, divided into high-density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene and low density polyethylene. Low-density polyethylene is relatively soft, multi-use high-pressure polymerization; high-density polyethylene has a rigid, hardness and mechanical strength properties, multi-purpose low-pressure polymerization.   Polyethylene does not dissolve in water, water absorption is very small, that some chemical solvents such as toluene, acetic acid, and only at temperatures above 70 ℃ until slightly dissolved. But the particle-like polyethylene, can be 15 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ of temperature between the melting or solidification, when the melting temperature, absorbing heat; temperature decrease in solidification, releases heat. And because it is water absorption is very small, difficult to wet with insulation, it is a good building materials.
